Kevron Referral Partner Programme
Referral Programme Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern applications, participation, referral activity, commission eligibility, payouts, marketing conduct, suspension and termination under the Kevron Referral Partner Programme.
1. Programme Eligibility and Account Verification
To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of Nigeria. You must complete identity verification and register a valid bank account in NGN.
2. Single-Level Commission and Referral Attribution
Our programme is strictly a single-level model. We do not pay recruitment bonuses or team building matrices. You are attributed referrals within an 30 days window after a user clicks your link, locked at booking checkout confirmation.
3. Commission Calculations and Maturity
Commissions are calculated as 5.00% on eligible room bookings, maturing after a 30 days stayed cooling-off period. Excluded revenue includes VAT, service charges, meals, and add-ons.
4. Payouts and Account Activity
Payouts are processed Monthly on the 15th when your balance reaches the ₦50000.00 threshold. Payout fees are ₦100 bank transfer fee. Accounts inactive for 180 days of inactivity will be marked dormant, and unclaimed funds will be forfeited after 365 days.
5. Prohibited Actions and Governance
Self-referral, spam, brand search ad bidding, and private guest data exposure are prohibited. Disputes must be filed within 30 days from payout date, and governing law is Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

To qualify as a Referral Partner, you must be of legal adult age (at least 18 years old) and a legal resident of Nigeria. Approval of registration applications is not automatic and is subject to our comprehensive compliance screening.
2. Attribution & Referral Codes
Attributions are tracked via dynamic tracking links and manual referral codes within a strict 30 days cookie window, locked at the point of checkout. Attribution does not guarantee commission if bookings are determined to violate referral policies.
3. Commission Calculation and Maturity
Commission calculations are computed only on eligible stayed room revenue. Excluded revenues include VAT, service charges, corporate discounts, or food and beverage add-ons. Mature pending commissions become available after a 30 days stayed stay verification period to protect against chargebacks.
4. Payout Rules & Schedules
Payouts are executed in NGN via bank transfer subject to bank-account verification matching the registered partner name. A payout cooldown window applies during account detail changes.
5. Prohibited Actions & Marketing Standards
Referral partners must not bid on search engine keywords containing "Kevron Suites and Apartments", spam public forums, self-refer their own bookings, or compromise guest privacy. Failure to comply will lead to immediate account suspension.
6. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. All commission disputes must be submitted to the appeals desk within the designated claims period.
