These policies explain how bookings are confirmed, how cancellations and refunds work, and how we handle payments and personal information. Where a specific rate or offer includes different terms, those terms will be shown during booking and in your confirmation.

Booking policy
- How to book: Book online via Book or contact our team for assistance.
- Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message/email and payment terms (full payment or deposit) are satisfied.
- Amendments: Date changes or guest count changes should be requested as soon as possible. Approval depends on availability and rate differences.
- Identification: We may request valid government-issued ID for adult guests during verification or check-in.
Cancellation policy
- Full refund: Cancel 14+ days before check-in.
- 50% refund: Cancel 7–13 days before check-in.
- No refund: Cancel within 7 days of check-in.
- No-show: Treated as a late cancellation.
- Reply to your booking confirmation message/email, or contact us via the contact page.
- Include your booking name and check-in date.
- We’ll confirm the applicable cancellation terms and next steps.
Payment policy

- Your booking is confirmed once the required payment (deposit or full amount) is received.
- If a refundable security/damage deposit applies, it will be communicated for your stay.
- To reduce fraud risk, we may request proof of payment where applicable.

Refund policy
