Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to reservations made with Kevron Suites & Apartments. By booking a stay, you agree to these terms for yourself and all guests in your party.

Booking
- Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only when we issue a booking confirmation and applicable payment requirements are met.
- Guest details: You must provide accurate guest and contact information. We may request valid government-issued ID for adult guests.
- Changes: Date or guest-count changes depend on availability and may affect pricing.
Payment
- Bank transfer
- Card / online payment (where available)
- A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your booking, depending on the rate and dates.
- If a refundable security/damage deposit applies, it will be communicated during booking or before arrival.
Prices shown during booking are the final prices for that rate unless stated otherwise. Taxes or regulatory charges may apply where required by law.
Cancellation
- Full refund: cancel 14+ days before check-in.
- 50% refund: cancel 7–13 days before check-in.
- No refund: cancel within 7 days of check-in.
- No-show: treated as a late cancellation.
- Reply to your booking confirmation or contact us through the contact page.
- Include the booking name and check-in date.
- We’ll confirm the applicable terms and next steps.
Check-in and check-out
- Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
- Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon).
Early check-in and late check-out requests depend on availability and may incur additional charges. Contact us in advance where possible.
House rules
- No smoking indoors.
- Parties, events, and excessive noise are not permitted.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight unless approved in advance.
- Guests are responsible for keeping access details secure and for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kevron Suites & Apartments is not responsible for loss of personal items, delays, or indirect damages. Guests are advised to take reasonable precautions with valuables.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.
We may be unable to provide services due to events outside our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government action, or emergencies). Where possible, we will offer alternative arrangements or refunds according to applicable law and your booking terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Where you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under applicable local law.
